This is a one-off gift for existing and new clients that can be used in appointments that take place from now until the end of February 2026

This is a trauma-informed and consent-guided experience of massage and touch. *Not* your traditional deep tissue massage.

During the first session we collaborate to create a protected space: we discuss needs, preferences, triggers... We also talk about the different trauma responses and how to navigate them around touch. After that, we move to the massage/mindful touch part - which is completely tailored to you and can include upper arms, neck, shoulders, scalp and face.

The whole experiences is a slow interactive process with consent at the centre, enabling your nervous system to relax and co-regulate.
